Is disconnecting the battery really necessary? Why can't I just disconnect the 2 plugs at the bottom of the wheel. I hate having to let my car "re-learn" its settings after having the batt. disconnected for a while.

If this was Honda-Tech, I would say he just won himself a brand-new flame suit.

Well, after hours of straining, b*tching and cursing (in 3 different languages lol), I was finally able to install this bad boy. Thanks for all the input guys, especially hcj for the pictures. I did exactly what you told me to and it worked great. Here's a recent pic of my interior

Yes, I know I need to vacuum lol

hey hjc, whered u get that sweet long hex socket? I have a couple but they're all short.

For what its worth, I used a huge *** vice grip with a long allen key. It was painful.

Im reviving an old thread, but I have searched and found nothing. Does anyone know the size of the bolt that hold the airbag in place on the Evo Steering wheel? I bought an Evo steering wheel but the previous owner took out those bolts and even searching the internet hasn't helped. I need the size so I can go to a hardware store and ask if they have them.
