Sputter. HELP

So it started out a couple weeks ago on a trip from des moines to st. paul and when the a/c was on it would sputter when accelerating.... i just thought it was the spark plugs but by the end of the trip i couldn't even have it on cruise because it would accelerate by its self and sputter like it was running on 3cyl.

so i replaced the plugs... only thing i could think of
(keep in mind i am still a n00b to cars)
and it worked for a couple days and it started again..
then over the last couple of weeks its bad i can barley accelerate without it doing it and i have like ZERO power.

I thought i had bad plugs so i put some more new double platinum plugs in that didnt work.... new wires.. didn't work... but when i take the plugs out and put the back in the car runs better... i also disconnect the battery to get the car back in lean mode and then it just starts again...

i just thought i would ask you guys before i take it to a shop seeing as you guys know you lancers....

RRM intake'
2.25 exhaust

any help at all would be greatly appreciated

Try putting the stock plugs in. Not the literal stock plugs but whatever the stockers are.
