Hey I'm new here can anyone help? Does anyone know if you put a switch on the MAF and switch it off while going into 2nd gear, will you get more power insted of the sudden dead feeling when you get back to power? Iknow a guy who put one one his Probe GT and when he goes into 2nd and switches it off he gets alot more power when he gets back on the gas. Or is there something else I can do to get rid of this feeling b/c everytime I try to take off to race second gear kills me but the rest feel fine. what's up with this?

 

when you turn off the mas you like basicly cut the gas to the engine witch makes it run lean hotter engine = more power but also blow it up quick too IMHO dont screw with anything to do wihtt he electronis in the car if you dont know what your doing dont do it!!! its not worht it!! think of all you got to live for juts go back in the window!!
