Just check the fuse box. You know where it's at? MY cigarette light doesn't turn on either, and I changed the bulb. I really don't know what to do.

I would check the fuses under the dash and under the hood. I would check them all. Everytime I've had a problem like this, it was a fuse I wouldn't think is connected to some other device.

A good piece of information...a friend of mine told me my passenger side taillight was out, but I had brake lights. I checked the fuse before replacing the bulbs, and it just so happened to be the fuse. once I replaced that fuse, the gauge cluster and hvac panel lights came back on. very interesting.

A fuse may looks ok by a visual inspection. Get a pack of fuses for a couple of bucks and swap them out anyway and let me know what happens.

Yes Bcollin is right, fuses are very easy to overlook on whether they are blown or not, this weekend I'm replacing all mine.
