Very Weird. I was having idling issues and cleaned / replaced my EGR valve and I also get a CEL. Its P0401 (EGR Airflow insufficient)

make sure you're using a high quality gasket, looks like there are a couple available from rockauto, and not all are embossed.

I'm too nervous to take the valve off myself, those bolts are locked on tight...and I've had nightmare issues with mitsubishi's cheap bolts snapping heads off like bottle caps.
