Constant Fogging Cedias

Hey guys looking for some help.... I've had cedias for about a year now. I opened them up to paint the housings when i first got them and they've been fogging on and off the whole time. Last weekend I bought that nissan headlight sealer that ive heard is great and put the problem to rest... finally right?

Wrong... today I looked and one of them is fogging AGAIN!!! so frustrating... I put so much work into them too doing a good job and not half assing it.

What do u guys think? it cant be the sealant can it? I would think moisture is getting in some other way. any ideas?
