The relay or the solenoid? The relay is remote mounted and the solenoid will be on the starter, thus you getting a whole new starter. No one rebuilds them piece by piece anymore.

Yay warranty!

Relay - controlling the path of electrical circuits using electronic signals

Solenoid - Using an electronic field to create mechanical action.

ya, i realize the difference, and also both are usually used for the current path. however, from the manual, it looks like u 'could' get just the solenoid. And its def the solenoid, I can hear the motor turn, but not the click of the solenoid to engage the gear to the flywheel.

whatever, happy surprise that the warranty is 60k
