lowering kit vs coilovers

lowering kit vs coilovers

is it better to get a lowering kit for your model car because i see the price difference or is it actually better to get coilovers which looks like it does the same thing except you can change they height anytime and its more expensive. please state your opinion i always have an open ear. thanks

honestly i am planning on adjusting it once. but for those people who get different rims or try to hellaflush there ride you know. i guess its best i get the rims and tires i need first before using the lowering kit.
