Does your car have a "Service Engin Soon" light on?
If yes then take it to have it scanned at a auto parts store that does that.

If you have no light on then check your ignition coils, could be any number of sensors but it should have a "Service Engin Soon" light on.

It could very easily be a coil pack and one bad will make the car drive like crap.
Could also be bad/mis gapped plugs or bad wires.
I'd start with this stuff and go from there, or just take it to a shop and have them trouble shoot.
