serious light help needed!

Hey guys, I've tried everything I can think of to fix this problem. Well first off my right side parking and brake, dash and interior lights are dim when on. I checked the fuses and noticed my interior light fuse wasn't installed so I replaced it and everything was back to normal. However after I cut the car off I noticed the parking light and brake light on the right side were still on. Any ideas on how to fix this, I have tinted tails so it makes it hard to see my right tail light at night. Thanks guys

How long have you had the car? Sounds like someone knew about the lights staying on problem and instead of fixing it just removed the fuse. I can only guess to start at the tail lights and follow the wiring to see if anything is grounding or bare wire touching something

Yeah the guy who had it before me did some shotty wiring, even with the stereo. I had all the fuses figured out at one point so I've already checked those so ima take your advice and start at the tails.

Whoa hold on man start at the stereo then for sure. Lots and lots of vehicles somehow have the dash lights and rear tails wired through that stereo harness and I am sure our cars are no exception. Makes perfect sense pull out that stereo and go through it carefully.

Sure thing man. If its just a big mess I would cut them all and see if your lights go back to normal before re attaching the stereo.
