mas
Ask Stew
Honestly, it's not a good idea. Your engine light will come on and it will run really rich, dumping fuel into the cylinders and spewing gas out the exhaust. And if you meant you're running it completely open (no intake or filter too), you'll get debris and crap in your engine, too. Great way to ruin your engine.

why just for a couple days?
.. just like brian said, you'll run really rich because the MAS is the device that tells the engine how much fuel to burn to keep it proportionate to the air you're sucking in. if it doesnt know exactly how much air you're sucking in, it'll just burn more fuel to compensate. so what happens now is that you burn a ****load of gas everytime u drive. you could probably use up a full tank of gas when you're going to the store or something..
so best idea is to get that thing back on ASAP.
