at the end of the Sway bar link, there is an allen key that you can use to keep it from spinning. Use lots of PB blaster or liquid wrench to loosen up any rust. if all else fails, usea vice grip wrench near the rubber boot. Mind you that this will most likely damage the boot and you'll have to replace the end link. They cost about $25 a piece.

put a wrench on the nut, allen key in the endlink slot (in the middle o the nut)... hole the allen key firm as you twist the wrench to loosen the nut off..

easy as pie.

use a die or thread chaser to fix the threads.

I've tried everything in this thread, heated it with a torch, cut the "ball joint" side of the end link off and it's still stuck, HELP! This is my DD. I've even tried to hit it through with an air hammer now that it's cut off and no movement!

sending a picture would help. But, you will be able to get it out with a torch or zip disc. You have to get it red hot, although not recommended for suspension parts. Cutting it off with a zip disc would be your best option and buy new end links.
