Anyone else have this happen to them yet? On my way to work I through in 45 for gas with 50 miles left in my range. As soon as I started my car it still read 50 miles. As I was driving it started "filling" up. Wtf?

 

I have personally never seen that happen.... Idk if I'd be terribly concerned though. If it suits you, you could have it looked at?

 

I had this happen. The range went from 30 miles when I pulled out of the station to 400 by the time I got on the highway If I shut off the engine but left everything else on, the fillup "lag" wouldn't happen. It was only when the car was completely off while filling that I had the lag issue.

 

sounds like a problem with the level sending unit. But to be sure, this needs to start happening all the time so you can test the sending unit resistance. Here is a pic of the specs
