I had same noise since about 10000kms. I ignored it and then started to notice the clutch was slipping so i booked it in and they replaced the clutch / machined the flywheel and voila the noise is gone. Its been 15,000kms since it was replaced and so far the noise hasnt come back.
I have the same noises on my car and here is what they are..... the rattling is a defect in the throw-out bearing.... the clicking or ticking is the injectors... and you may have a little lifter tick but it is usually normal on our cars.... i found this out by using a screwdriver and putting my ear on the end of it, it lets you hear lots of noise in unexpected places...
