Well a couple months later and 4 parking tickets for expired tags later. I ended up having to take it to a shop and paid $50 for them to torch it, soak it and the the o2 came off like butter. Seems to be no harm done they even installed my lil fouler for me and drilled it out because I didnt give the o2 sensor enough room. Got the battery unhooked and hopefully this works.

I was about to start another thread asking if there was a way to just delete cel's through some software management platform...

You could with a evo rom but it would be more trouble than its worth. Just get use to the light man. Change it to a color that doesn't hurt your eyes as much. LOL

With my rom i still have a CEL even on a evo rom. Basically a lose lose situations. One CEL replaces it with another. Just search the forum man. Use google. Just add "evolutionm.net" to your search.

What cel are you getting jake? The only cel I have gotten that is due to the evo rom itself is for the fuel level sensor. Ryan and myself have both gotten it I disabled that particular obd code since it is for sure caused by the evo rom as there is nothing wrong with my fuel level sensor, well I guess the boost solenoid cel too but that is a given. Other than those I have not had any cel issues, it still operates properly when I have an actual problem.

It pulls the rear o2 sensor out of the direct exhaust stream causing it to receive cleaner air which tricks the ecu into thinking the cat is working great
