I bought my 2010 lancer es used and the blue tooth set up has a pass code I do not know.

Ive tried the hang up for 2 seconds, release, hang up button for 2 seconds, release, hang up for two seconds and release. (all within 10 seconds)

Ive read that this is supposed to unlock the blue tooth but ive tried about 40 times and cannot get it to work.

Is there another way?

 

press the voice button on the steering wheel and say setup, delete paired phones and run setup again.

 

Just check the user manual. It'll have all the info you need.
