Need some tech help!

Hey, guys! I have a 2013 Lancer GT. I have a RRM turbo kit. My issue is after installing the piggyback, I could not get it to tune properly. I uninstalled the piggyback and put a safe tune on the ECU.
Long story short, I think I have a bad pre-cat O2 sensor.
Symptoms:
Short term fuel trims are constantly at +25%
Wideband says that I am running lean (14.0-16.4) high end is at idle.
Datalogging is showing accurate data from the secondary O2, but there is a solid zero across all rmps on the primary O2.
No vacuum leaks
Slightly rough idle.
I tested the primary O2 signal wire at the ECU and I get a constant 4.07 volts.

Does this sound to everyone else like a bad O2 sensor?
If so, does an Evo X front sensor fit a GT?

Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

What kind of setup do they run in the newer models? is it still a 5th injector setup? or did they get away from that? I had a RRM kit on my 02 and it was running extremely lean, I was able to find a place to tune it. But they were limited on what they could tune with the piggyback. I switched over to tuning thru the ECU and it runs a lot better. I personally think you're better off running a stand alone or stock ECU over a piggyback.

Still using the fifth injector. The 2013 ecu does not accept tunes as easily as the previous models.

Did you have a piggyback wired up prior to installing the RRM Turbo kit.? (I had an issue with this when I installed my kit) Now what do you mean you couldn't get it to tune properly? Can you describe exactly what you mean? I actually took mine to a tuning shop down by Pittsburgh PA and he never seen anything like it. After how many trial and errors, he finally figured out what to change and got me 35whp over the RRM tune.

I put the piggyback on after the kit.
In order to tune the ecu, it requires a patch since it has more softwarethay blocks tuning.

Still waiting on the patch so I can use the ECU to tune. In the meantime, I have gotten pretty comfortable with the Split Second Piggyback. I am running a near-perfect 14.7 at idle/cruise. On acceleration, I have a nice smooth climb into the 10s. It is not a perfect setup, but it is working pretty well for what it is.
