It's was having weird issues days before.

It would idel form 1- 1 1/2 then cut off at times unless I was moving or pressing the gas to keep it from cutting out. For about a week

Then came from school one night and park it, next morning would not fire up.

Check all fuse possibilities and played with several relays the green ones and play ones, just change the spark plugs like a month ago.

It's been a week can't figure it out.

Do you have any engine codes present? Test to see if it's fuel that's your issue or spark.

If it's a fuel problem, I do know that the fuel relays were complete junk in the older Evo x. That's a good place to start. See if your fuel pump is even humming when you're in accessory or trying to start it

Would a bad crank sensor cause this?

I'll take pic tonight of what's in there and check for humming.

I have read this can be the issue too. I'm also going to play with this idea tonight

Got a computer code reader!

So now I got the following codes.

-P1871 x 2 & U0100 x2

http://www.evoxservicemanual.co.uk/P...003800-22C.pdf

I guess I need to find a mechanic in North SD, Oceanside area.

Sounds like you lost communication to the Ecu. Have you ever flashed the Ecu? Were you in the middle of flashing it prior to this issue?

Make sure all your connections are good on the Ecu, disconnect the battery for 15 min. Reconnect and see if the car will try and start

Thank you, for you're research.

So the possibility is The relay or wire burn out.

The U0100 is what worries me. That means the ECU has lost communication. That's why I was saying to try disconnecting he battery to see if that would resolve it. I doubt it will, but it's worth a shot. If the ECU went bad, I believe all manufactures have to warranty them for 8 years. With that code present. There's no way the car would start. Check all your wiring really good, make sure it's all intact and also check all your fuses again. Under the hood fuses and under the dash fuses

if it cranks at all, there's nothing wrong with the starter...

my guess would be the clutch is not releasing, or the engine is seized.
