P0134, P0138pd, and P0141 Questions...

P0134, P0138pd, and P0141 Questions...

I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally and it's been giving me a P0134, P0138(pd), and a P0141 codes. I know it's an oxygen sensor code, but my question is, could one code be setting off the other codes? Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated

P0134 - O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected
P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit

Can you provide any information concerning mods or maintenance and mileage?
