Need help on whining noise (suspect front passenger wheel bearing)

Need help on whining noise (suspect front passenger wheel bearing)

the moment you begin the video you can hear a very sharp whine, and then throughout the video it'll intermittently return.

this ONLY happens above 100mph, anything under will not produce the whining sound.

any ideas if my suspicion is correct?

for more info:
the car is a brand new Lancer running 4B10 F5MBB manual transmission, just collected on 20th December 2013. It has since only clocked about 300-400 miles when i took the video.

Didn't got much opportunity to speed that fast, this is basically my second run going that fast and i forgotten to record video during the first.
