Hey guys and gals. Got an issue that I could use your help with. The hands free Bluetooth in the car doesn't work anymore. Nothing happens when any of the buttons are pressed. Worked fine 6 months ago, but I'm trying to sync my wife's phone since we finally got some rain in nor cal, and I'd rather her not be fumbling with her phone while driving.

I checked the fuses under the hood and dash but I can't tell which one might be for that. Everything else works fine. Just no hands free anymore. Google let me down and couldn't find previous threads with the same issue.

I'm not using my BT module. Let me know if you want to buy it.

It is located behind the glove box. Check your connections 'just in case'.

Check your phone for apps that are running in the background (for conflicts).

 

I am looking to buy BT unit if it is FUSE one.

 

I would take it to a shop. Unless you know how to check powers, grounds, and also see if the datalink wires are communicating from the steering wheel to the module and to the radio.
