The part on the left where the o2 sensor connects. If anyone could tell me what its called that would be very helpful.

Numbers on the part were G650371 2Z20 tried to look that up with no results.

It looks like the cruise control vacuum pump, literally just like the one in the part explosion for the cruise control system for a 04 es. I may be wrong, but I tried to find a part # to use as a reference and I had no luck with alldata. It's most likely a dealer only part.

 

Yup thank you, it was a cruise control actuator. Does anyone know if this could cause emission codes?

 

Do you know what the code is you're getting? I know that pump has a vacuum line that didn't appear to be connected in your pic.
