I went to start my car this morning and the ignition wouldn't turn. I have the fast key System but Even the manual key wouldn't do anything. I would hear the Ignition click but it would not move anywhere. When using the manual key (inserted into the FOB), the Dash gives me this "remove key" message. My steering wheel is locked and I cant shift it from Park to Neutral. My key does have battery still, I am able to unlock the doors and trunk, I just cant start the car.

I have had a similar problem before where the ignition wouldn't turn but manually using the key would always fix that. This time is different though. It's stuck and I'm not sure what to do.

Please help, I have no idea what is wrong.

 

Your steering wheel is locked. Try turning the wheel a bit one way or the other, then turn the key.
