Random misfire only at operating temp

Car starts fine and runs good until it reaches operating temperature. Starts to sputter and bog up and down rpms with steady throttle. Throws a p0300 and p0507 code.
Thermostat has been changed, compression tested, coils swapped with known working one and a brand new one, spark plugs done, valve cover gasket, fuel pump, fpr, injectors, egr, small vacuum house on top of throttle body changed, coolant temp sensor.
Also i blew a radiator that i bought about six months ago so bought i got another one and the thermostat but don't think i ever heard or saw the fans turn on even though the car doesn't over heat.
I took a video for reference https://youtu.be/Dow9oWH8wGQ

pull the spark plugs out, what do they look like? check compression and report back...

the other possible cause is a crank position sensor, or skipped timing...

if engine temperature remains normal, then engine cooling is not the issue...

how often do you rev your car up while its cold?

check your plugs man, and quit reving your engine up and holding near readline while the engine is cold

Don't usually near red line it but that was the only way to show the problem in comparison. The compression was already checked and new spark plugs bought but when they were pulled again yesterday they looked like they had "soot" around them

How would i check the crankshaft position sensor, do you need a good scanner to do so, I'm about to order the timing belt, water pump, oil pump, tensioner, and the first o2 sensor so if i could check that before ordering all my stuff that would be nice, if not i might get it anyway

you need a "special" scanner, or an oscilloscope to check it...its output is a wave form...best thing to do is check compression, remove the lower timing cover, inspect the timing belt, and verify timing is set correctly...

Isn't the timing fine or the car wouldn't start fine at first, the belt i know looked like it needed to be replaced soon when i last had the covers off. So i guess I'll just order the timing belt kit and have someone i know who has an oscilloscope check the crank sensor. Worst comes to worst i have to send it to a shop since I'm only fixing it to sell it, but it's hard to find a good one anywhere around me.

Replaced my oil pump as its been leaking a little and it was probably never replaced and replaced the crank sensor while i was in there, the car still randomly misfires, though it used to be only when warmed up now it's a constant from start , the misfire got more frequent before i changed those parts though. So i bought a scanner and recorded data, don't know if it can help anyone help me, but all the info might as well be in another language to me since i don't know much about where everything is supposed to be ranging from.

the DTC's you posted do not relate to the knock sensor at all, so I doubt it...
