The Lancer es has a inner notched retaining ring. For the love of God, what kind of piers will work on this clip. I need to know exactly what pliers will work because I know they will be expensive. There is not a store in my area that sells such a tool. Auto part stores are dumbfounded. I have a 22$ set for rings with holes, but they just slip off.There has to be a tool that will squeeze this clip.

LMAO I told this to myself this when I bought mine three years ago. The community for this platform came and went more than 10 years ago.


Nonetheless, have you tried a good set of snap ring pliers?
