ECM question

Hi,

I wanted to know something, my car still isn't starting or cranking.
I scanned my 2009 lancer DE with 2 different obd scanner, but none of them are getting codes.
Let's say everything is OK with the car from engine, sensors, engine harness fuel pump, battery etc.
Does it mean my eECM might have gone bad, that the car isn't doing anything when I turned the ignition key?
All lights turn on in dashboard etc.

Thank you in advance

From the amount of posts that you have done, I say you need some professional help.

We can only do so much. By the sounds of it, you have done so many things with this vehicle. Your problem may be so complex we may not be able to help. Do you have any new ECU's in the vehicle? Did you rebuild the engine? Some ECU's need to be programmed to vin so they can communicate with the others. Why won't it crank? Do you have a starter signal? Is the starter relay functioning? Is the ECU not commanding start? Why? So many questions, you need more help via a Mitsubishi dealer I think.
