Windshield washer not working

Has anyone had to troubleshoot a washer pump not working. When I pull the washer lever the wipers work but am getting no electrical power to the pump. Does this get power from the wiper fuse? I don’t see a dedicated fuse for the washer pump. My vehicle is a 2013 Lancer GT. A schematic or any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the exact same problem three months ago on my 2008 Lancer, wipers were working but no washer fluid was coming out. Couldn't figure out what fuse the pump was on either, so I checked if the pump got power using a multimeter, which it did. I then ended up replacing the entire pump (expensive part..). That fixed it for me. Luckily you don't have to take the bumper off to access the pump.

Found the circuit diagram for you: http://mmc-manuals.ru/manuals/lancer...0591200ENG.HTM

Thanks for the reply. I think I now have the information to effectively troubleshoot this problem. I will keep the thread updated once fault is resolved.

Any update here? I'm having a similar issue in that the 30A fuse is blowing every time I try to spray the washer fluid. 2009 model
