03 lancer oz, new clutch slipping

Forgive me if this has been asked before, I'm new here and haven't had a chance to look around too much yet. Just purchased an 03 lancer oz. Drove it 2 days ago and all was well, went to pick it up today and drive it home, and about halfway through the 50 minute drive, the clutch started slipping. Guy says it has a new clutch, but mentioned the trans may have been slightly overfilled after the job. If he did overfill the trans is it possible oil couldve leaked out and ended up on the clutch ? And if so, what kind of a PITA is it going to be for me to replace the clutch ? And help/insight is appreciated
