ok, went to Mitsu this morning and the mechanic said techline says there all off like that intentionally so mitsu won't be responsible for any tickets or something like that.

They also said even if I were to reflash it wouldn't correct the problem. So Iguess I get to drive 65 in a 55 and only do 61. Close enough so no ticket...lol
