Good thing is you do not need spring compressor for Progress Springs. EIbachs you do but not Progress. All you really need is an Impact gun.

has anyone else had bad customer service from rrm

I was just wondering if anyone else has had a bad experience with road race. Here is my story. On December 20th 04, I decided to finally get my self the rear strut bar. The next day my credit card had been billed so I figured I would get it in a week or two right? Well after two weeks i e-mailed Gabe about the status of my bar and got no reply. So I tried again three more times. Finally I called them and someone there told me that they had run out of stock, and the guy who does all the shipping was out of town but I should get the bar in about a week. A few days later i finally get an e-mail confirming my order. So after 36 days, I come home to a box from roadrace. Only problem is is that it's the front k-bar not the rear bar I ordered. I checked the packing slip to make sure I ordered the right bar and sure enough the receipt says rear strut bar. So I contactec them again and the next day got a reply from gabe again saying that he would personally ship the correct bar for me and that it would be sent 2nday so I should get it on Feb,3rd. It is now Feb, 8th and still no bar. I just don't get it. Everyone else here seems to speak very highly of them but it has now been 50 days and I still haven't gotten my order yet. What gives? thank's for letting me vent.

I've only had one experience with RRM but mine was a good transaction. I have a question though, did they have you send back the K-bar?

I've had nothing but great experiences with RRM, and I live in Canada. I usually get my orders in like a week or so.

I was really surprised myself because everyone speaks so highly of them. Maybe it was just bad luck on my part. Oh, and I am sure I was very specific on ordering the rear bar. Thanks for your replies.
