ROAD/RACE- GRIP Swaybar is here!
I haven't noticed that anyone recommended an adjustable camber set when running a heavier rear swaybar. I am an accomplished radio controlled on-road car racer and I know that with the 1/10 scale cars I have to run more negative camber with heavier rear swaybars because with less body roll there is less camber gain in corners. This almost always causes the tires to wear more on the inside whether we are talking about the front or rear of the car. Anyone's thoughts? Also, does anyone know firsthand what changing the rear sway consists of? Required tools? Thanks.
All the changing of the rear sway bar consists from is a jack and jack stands to lift the car and a socket set. 14mm, 12mm and 10mm I think but a basic metric set will work and that's it. Took me like 20 min.
Buy this swaybar, get some bald tires for the back, learn to drive in ways that create oversteer, etc.
There is no abnormal wearing of the tire. ProRCRacer was talking about RC cars. You can get the RRM camber kit if you want it (like to add camber for racing), but you don't NEED it with the swaybar.

I bought the camber kit but have yet to put them on. I do not see any unusal wear on either side of the tire but when I go to get an alignment when I rotate my tires I'm going to put it on but haven't "needed" them
Anytime you work or change any part of your suspension you should get an alignment within a week or two. $60(all four) $35 (2 wheel) vs. a new set of tires is a safe thing to do. I dropped my 04 OZ and waited 2 months before an alignment and my tires were chewed on the inside bad. Upgrading your suspension can help your car in a lot of areas of performance, but if you are going to do it go the extra mile and get yourself an alignment asap.

The good thing with the camber kit is you can get a good front end bite by dialing in a little more than stock NEgative camber ( 1-1.5 degrees) It makes a huge difference in handling. That along with the swaybar will impress you. Call me if you want a ton of oversteer. I can help with that too. Remember the rear swaybar has 2 settings. Needless to say stiffere setting will promote oversteer.
