it's not my thread though. I made it easy on you, and I have a cam so I don't need to find the information I'll repeat it as much as necessary, but since 99 times out of 100 I can point you in the direction to answer all of your current questions and some you hadn't thought of yet no, I don't like to repeat myself

We are very busy with the 08 but when proper things come to us, we are not going to pass it up. IF just makes sense and was an opportunity to to improve on an existing product. Basically we will do away with the Stage 1 cam and only produce the better Stage 2s from now on.

I didnt say anything before but for any Honda,Nissan,Toyota even Mitsubishi EVOs, usually a set of cams (DOHC = 2 cams) cost just right about what they want fo only 1

But everybody have their prices so I cant blame them...

THey are a little more expensive cause they are not mass produced. You guys gotta remember, ther are not many of you so making 5 cams at a time cost a lot more a piece than making 50 cams at one time.

the price is OK, we can pay anything for a part that really work, but for us to pay what ever you or anyone ask for a part we need the specs!!??

Want to keep specs on the down low cause competitors are watching. NOt cause I want to be secret with customers. There are lots of games getting played on the boards behind the scenes.

it still doesn't change the fact that anyone can buy your cam and measure the lobes themselves to replicate it. I know it doesn't make sense to make it easier for your competitors, but it's not like you're designing a cam from scratch adding a little lift and duration to one lobe out of five for each cylinder is not exactly rocket science and from everything I can gather from my conversations with the cam shop I used and your posts from the forums that's all that has been done to the 4g69 cam so far

you're like a conspiracy theorist Rob they're out to steel muh sekretz

Ya'll are quick to yell out some BS and say everything is soooo easy. He knows as just about everyone else that they can get the specs by buying the cam....good for them....just out to do what? Be a bunch of robbing fools? However you want to go so be it.....but don't go after the suppliers because they don't want to give out the info......everything has been tested and does cost money to dyno every thing if you want the difference......if you want the dyno #'s do it yourself....spend your own money.....I am just alittle grumpy today.....sorry if i hurt anyones feelings...

If it was because of that, Skunk2, JUN, HKS, Rocket, TODA, COMP, ZEX , and every one that makes a Cam wont give the specs, AND they DO

So, I think thats a Stupid answer, but the world is free and anyone can think differently so...

Everyone is different. We do one way. IF you want one buy one, or make it or stay slow. Meantime guys have posted dynos for stage 1 and eventually you will see dynos for stage 2. If you want it then, buy it. It is alimited production thing for us. Just wanted to improve on something that is already proven. We did that and now it is for sale. Thanks.
