Sway bar perches
Hi everybody. I've been fabricating these for a few months now and have decided to go public. I don't do the parts fabrication full time, so I only have a limited number of these. Please PM me with questions.
The sway bar perches are $50 +ship, they come in a variety of shades of black. They're spraypainted, not powdercoated so don't be afraid to go at it with some Krylon
I use 3/16" steel. That's 3x thicker than stock. I drive like I'm qualifying at every opportunity and 6 months after install mine show no fatigue.
No, I can not do a group buy. Prices are firm. I don't like having to tell people "no" so please don't ask about discounts
I don't have a pic of these at the moment.

I took a picture with the Engineerboy perch next to the stock one. I'll try to upload it tonight. It's a MONSTER compared to stock.
EDIT: So yeah, busy last night. ASAP, I promise!

Here ya go. Stock vs. Engineerboy
Word of warning/advice:
I had to hack a hunk out of my passenger side perch in order to accomodate my aftermarket exhaust. Maybe a touch skinnier, Kris?

That would be a good pic to send me so I can make that change.
I'm trying to stay within the widths and lengths of the stock perch. Where does it need to be narrower? Up top some? Near the bottom? If you could even draw a circle on this pic to indicate where the narrower part should be, that would help a lot.
Thanks for the post DJ!!

And for those of you worried that you'll have a clanky muffler, DJ has an aftermarket muffler. I've been using the perches since January with no unusual bumping or clanking sounds
I have figured out the issue, though, and will incorporate the new desgin into all future perches.

They're half-again as thick. Mine are 3/16" compared to 1/8" for RRM compared to 1/16" for stock perches. They're compatible with the progress sway bar- that's what I'm using, and I think that's what everybody else has too...
No, I do not sell the progress sway bar, or any sway bar. And no, I can't price match RRM's perches in their ES sway bar kit.

That's right up there with the old Henry Ford line - "you can have any color you want, as long as you want black."
