New WRX STi spec C TYPE RA

This car is so bad ***. I'd take it over the MR or IX any day of the week.

lol at the sticker
But I think the spec C is very fast around the Nurburgring. A JDM spec posted 7:59 time at this track.

I guess I'm the only man alive that thinks the STI is the ugliest car made today. And the second ugliest is the Lotus Elise.

You know it's funny, because I'm shocked anyone thinks Lotus makes ANY good looking cars. I hate them all.

Thats cool, to each his own. I honestly don't think a lot of sports cars are 'good looking' to tell you the truth. Most high performance cars are built with so much speed in mind, that they have very high ammounts of function built in first before form. Take the Enzo. Can't deny that its an astonishing car performance-wise. But, on a beauty scale, I'd give it a 4. Same with the Zonda, SLR, CCR.

And, with the Evo and WRX, well there just isn't much to work with. Granted, they can both be very technically good looking cars. But, not something I'm going to put at the top of any "hottest car" lists. Hard to do that starting with a boring 4 door. Same goes for the M5, E55, RS6 and so on. Great performance, but looks are not a specialty of any of them. But, I like the functional things of a great performance car. Some people like swoopy lines, sleek shapes, and the like. I enjoy big brakes, functional scoops and vents, splitters and diffusers, fat tires, and that kind of stuff.

I really like the looks of this STi. I could do without the wing, but thats about it. I like the front splitter, the smaller, subtler side skirts, the wheels, and the non-blue interior. I hope we get something like this over here. You have to assume Subaru is going to counter the MR with something here in the U.S. Maybe a Spec-C, who knows.

It's mostly the taillights and hood scoop that just makes me want to barf with the STi.

And sure, the Lancer is boring. But after a few mods it can look pretty sweet. It'd just take too much to save the STi for me.

I would buy an STI in a heartbeat if I got extra money to spend. My buddy's STI is the baddest STI I've ever seen. He's got a white STI with a unique cf hood, lowered with 18" black wheel / polished lip. He's about to put a chargespeed body kit on it. I'll take some pics whenever I got the chance to meet with him again. For now, that spec C is a very nice car too makes me
