Thats not the first time I've seen that "blurb" I knew of a first gen neon that had been converted to rear drive, I think the owner had intended to build the car for some type of drag racing since I had never seen the car again after it was at a chassis shop I knew of getting the K-member, rollbar, and rear set up..

I would certainly do it if I had the resources..

 

i bet that thing will handle greaaaaaaaat........

 

we are working on fitting a 4.6 liter mustang engine tuned by SALEEN into a 1991 nissan 240sx. any idea how fun that is gonna be, haha. the best part is that the engine fits, the car is already rwd, but the tranny tunel is a little small. nothing a cutoff tool and a welder cant fix though. gonna put the rearend from the mustang in it too, cuz its a little wider and the car is being widened out about 4 inches on each side.
