I have heard some rumors about Subaru bringing the B4 Legacy stateside. Something about WRX owners growing up to a larger car. This would be really awesome. It will have a 2.5 Turbo or a H-6 with low boost. Either way, cool car. Maybe Mistu will start bringing the Galant VR-4. That would be sweet!! I love a VR-4 sitting next to my EVO. Ahh... How nice it would be.

I have heard that same rumor. Someone even posted a Suby's product chart for the next 5 years showing the 04 B4 and Turbo Forrester will hit the US.

BTW, the B4 should be equipped with an EJ20TT (2.0 Twin Turbo)...which is a disadvantage compare to the VR-4 or Legnum...

 

That'll be something for us...Looks like Subies stepping up. I hope Mitsubishi has an answer to all of Subaru's plans for the future.

 

i always thought all subaru's have boxer 4 engines
i thought i saw a boxer 6 legacy at the subaru dealer too

I think there are plans to bring a turbo legacy over, but it's not the B4. I don't know what the differences are, but someone on a subaru board was saying they weren't going to be the same.

 

H6, boxer 6, same thing.

The rumor is a slightly lower powered version of the STI's 2.5t, not the EJ20TT like the B4 has.
