So, my mom calls me and tells me they got the new Honda Ridgeline and Jetta on the lot (she works for a car crashing engineering facility). She says I can't just come, but I need to have a purpose there, so I tell her that ill bring her lunch, haha. The RL is too cool, up close and in person. Also, the new jetta is even better. The exterior and interior is waaaaay better. I tease my g/f (she drives an o1 jetta) about it, but she hates the new jetta . Anyways, I snapped a few pics and thought I share them...

My dad was looking at the Ridgeline a couple weeks ago. He ended up getting an 05 Tacoma instead. He thinks they look "too radical." I think it's hot.

All i gotta say is that the "Honda Ridgeline" is so gay.

Honda shouldn't make any trucks or SUV's they should stick with those stink *** cars.

Why shouldn't Honda make trucks. Nissan has a truck, Mazda has a truck, Toyota has a truck, just because they are an import doesn't mean they can't make trucks. In fact, the Honda truck has a lot of useful features that most others don't. Not liking the styling is one thing, but ignorant statements like, "The Honda Ridgeline is so gay......they should stick with those stink *** cars." are immature and unnecessary.

One of the jetta was being prepped in the building. I watched them crash an rx8, nissan maxima and acura RL... . They've crashed the evo before, but I dont remember it's rating, I asked her boss about the evoIX, he said if mitsu brings it here, he'll make sure to get first dibbs on it.

LOL- ridgeline....how can anyone call that a full size pickup truck. Doesnt even come with a V8! I can imagine the conversation between a truck buyer and the salesperson...

buyer: "Id like the v8 version please."
salesperson: "The truck only has a 3.5 liter V6"
buyer: "Isnt that the same engine as the accord?"
salesperson: "Yes."
buyer: "So how am I supposed to tow my boat behind this thing?"
salesperson: "You can...trade it in for a single jetski! I wouldnt recommend having too many people in the back, or you might not make it."
buyer: "I'm leaving."
salesperson "<under their breath> Dont balme you."

And im sure everyone will be willing to pay 6 grand more for a weaker truck than all 3 domestics, toyota, and nissan....not to mention having a weak IRS instead of a nice solid axle.

Good work Honda, way to appeal to american truck buyers.
