If you were to get a car besides the EVO, which would it be?

I'd get a Ford Freestyle Limited Edition AWD. Only because if I wasn't gonna get an Evo, I'd get a family vehicle. (I am engaged with one 6 month old daughter). Family first for me now.

Pretty simple. It comes down to this (in my price range): STi, Supra, M3 (E36, maybe I could afford an E46), RX-7, and Mustang Cobra. I prefer the STi or M3 sedan, because I plan on keeping the car for a while, and might need the space.

well if its in my price range I would say Audi A4 1.8 Turbo. Thats the only car within the Evo price range in this country that I can think of. We dont get many model choices like the US. Even a BMW 318i will cost more than the Evo, and I aint going out like that. I would love a E46 M3 but its $110k

Candidates when I bought my Evo were: STi, Mini Cooper S w/JCW kit, and S2000. I'd add the Elise and C6 Vette to list now.

you do know that the c5-z06 has registered a 1.02-.98 on the skid pad, and is in a higher class (Touring 1) than the Evo?

An Evo can pull a G with the right tires, I think.

Obviously a Z06 is in a different class.
