Do you know speed of 1996 Talon TSI AWD

Hey guys,
I've been looking at a bunch of 95' Talon TSI's and I know thier stock 0-60 is 6.4-6.7, but I havent been able to find the speed of the 1996, I've seen that all of the years are kinda totally different from the one right before / after. Does anybody know the stock 0-60 / top speed of the 96 Talon TSI AWD?

If someone has a link, thanks a lot!

I had a 1995 TSI AWD, and they were pretty quick and made great power. 0-60 times were in the low 6's MAYBE high 5's if you didn't care obout your Transfer Case.

The FF's were slower due to the immediate torque and open dif. The AWD is where it's at, get that.

Yeah, I know the 95 TSI AWDs are quick but I've noticed that with just one year change in previous and much later models there seems to be a big gap in 0-60 times. So I'm wondering if anyone has the times for the 1996 AWD TSI because I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks for the help!

They are the same mechanically, the major difference is FF or AWD, get teh AWD< same turbo, otor, power, the ONLY reason you would see different powers and times is either driver error or some loose IC piping causing a boost leak, but they leak boost from the factory right off the bat with the STOCK BOV. Changing out the Upper IC pipe and adding an intake and MBC will get you damn near 30WHP that easilly.

^----- what he said. Your looking at the same times for the 95-99 as there is really no mechanical difference between them. If you got under 10k and are looking for a nice car get the evo granddaddy/cousin... any AWD DSM. 2g tsi awd's or gsx's come stock at 14.9 and with some easy bolt on's you can get into the 12's. DSM.ORG find the 2g go faster pages and read up.

Get a 1G then, preferably a 1990 with a 4 BOLT REAR. Go here, my old site I used to *****.

www.dsmtalk.com

All my 4G63 knowledge came from there. maybe someone is selling one with a built motor as well, but if you have little cash, just get a 1G with a 6-bolt motor it is even stronger then the Evo Motor.
