No, its not a Ferrari. But yes, there is a wait, and a big one in some parts. A good friend of mine who is a member at the club where I work is on the list to get one here in Omaha. At Markel BMW here in Omaha, there is a list, and a fairly sizeable one.

He inquired into them back in the summer of '02, when the first info started to leak out that the car might come with a V10. Even then, he would have been 6th on the list here.

He is currently 14th, and looking at early next spring. Now, this might not be the same everywhere. But, he looked into many dealers around here in the midwest, and got the same response. It is over a year now in many spots. Like the car or not, it has a lot of hype going, and that always adds up to long lists.
