Who likes the rumble of the STi exhaust note? i just heard it w/ an upgraded exhaust and it sounds sick

That's probably because of the unequal length runners due to the flat 4. Most WRX's with aftermarket exhausts sound a lot like V8 Mustangs imo. It's a pretty nice sound if you ask me.

Oh, it is from the un-equal length header, thats why they sound like that, if they got an equal length, it wouldnt sound like that.

yeah the wrx exhaust is nice, but I'm really not crazy about some of the mustang and camaro's I've heard.
