The "shifter" controls the SMG transmission. It only selects whether you wish to go forwards or backwards.

This is the first Superamerica on the westcoast and it just arrived 15hours before the meet this past Saturday. The glass that rest on the back does a 180 degree flip. You can see work in the link I provided.

Not exactly. The Pagani Zonda Roadster does 210mph. So, its very quick, but the Pagani has it beat for top speed. And looks, for that matter.

DOnt mean to burst your bubble but ROADSTER & Converts are too different things doc. Roadster means Hard top. Convert = Soft top.

And I don't mean to burst yours, but the Ferrari isn't a soft top either. You did actually look at the pics of the Ferrari, right??? Its a hard top car, in which the top flips over and onto the top of the engine cover. So, both have hard tops that can be removed for open top driving. One is fast, Ferrari, the other is faster, Pagani. Any other ideas???

I'm pretty sure the Pagani's roof isn't retractable - it's a removable hard top. The Ferrari's roof, while being "hard", is retractable.

So, one has a hard roof section that you take off for open-roof driving. The other has a hard roof section that you push a button and it flips over for open-roof driving. I fail to see the difference, except some mechanized help. Both start as hard-tops, and both end with no roof. Which ever way you look at it is fine. But to me, they're the same thing.
