How much faster is the gto than the evo stock for stock. From a roll???

on paper maybe but I haven't many gto's run hear so I couldn't tell you from exp.

 

I went up against a stock 04 GTO (350hp) and used a light launch of 2500rpm. The GTO pulled one car ahead initially but couldn't pull ahead any further up to about 100mph. I had the stock cat back on my car so I should be at only 255whp.

 

I've seen one GTO run here with exhaust and cams running low 13's but it was an 04

 

I think the GTO is a little heavier, and the cobras are definitely underrated...but prolly the same ballpark.

FYI, from a roll, its mostly power/weight ratio (yah torque curve, gearing and things like that come into play also). So if you know p/w ratios...you can guess how your car will do on a roll.
