Well I am a little confused to how my Evo reacts to the weather. I have had a DSM and now an ever for a good 7 years of my life. Every Winter I have to turn down the boost as the cold weather makes it spike. This morning it was 81 degrees, tonight it spiked down to 41 degrees, my BOOST for another reason dropped from 22PSI to 12PSI at WOT, any ideas why?

Sounds like your car has boost leak or a line has come off and you running on just the wastegate. Usually cars in cold weather increase in boost. Good luck!

yea......wtf? he's talking about his evo and he said that he owned a dsm for 7 yrs without a problem but the evo is giving him problems???

 

Yes that is strange, also strange that it was moved for he drives an Evo. What happened after you turned it up? Did you hear a boost leak hiss???
