Ford Focus AWD

Just wondering if anybody knows if Ford has plans on introducing an AWD focus? Maybe to contend with the AWD sedans comin out. Just curious Thanks!

I don't know but, I would like to be able to buy American.
I have had 14 cars and none have been American.
It is about time they build something I would like.

As much as I respect the focus, I think it is one ugly car, I despise the body styling.

Too bad that Focus RS is only front wheel drive with a Zetec motor. If it was AWD with a Cosworth motor, I'd most definitely take it.

Along the lines of the SRT-4 threads, lemme introduce a popular argument.

YEAH, BUT IT'S STILL A FOCUS!

'ere we go. I knew Cos had their dirty little hands on the AWD version.

Hilarious. These are the people who make fun of Datsun 510's even while running a turbcharged RX-7 rotary.

I like it.........but first they already have the SVT focus, so they are kinding shooting themselves in the foot.........and second that isn't as good as a SRT-4 neon

The SVT focus is none too impressive if you ask me. If the RS replaced the SVT I think they'd do a lot better on sales.

Andrew I think that ugly bubble that takes up the rear is what is hurting their sales. I think its along the same lines as that mini me honda.

Make it fast and people will buy it. The Focus DOES sell. The SVT Focus though isn't quite what it should be for the price though. There are much better (read: faster) options within the same price range.
