How old does a car have to be in order for it to become legal for import?

It has a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine, 215 hp stock, from 0 to 62 miles in 5.7 seconds. Will post more pics when the weather gets better. Lancia s4 was a group B rally monster with compressor and turbo charger. A different beast but in the same family

Actually you can blame the california private school system, they turned out a dumb one in me! (I know europe isnt a country, but there's obviously some people that dont)
