I have looked around at differant after market turbo kits for the scion and it seems to be building less hp on all the dynos I have seen.
show me them websites cause i have to see that. the scion has been building power beyond the ralliart can even think of. they are already in the NHRA, the motor has great potiental plus dohc. im not downing the ralliarts what so ever don't get me wrong but just because we have mivec doesn't mean we can hang with a turbo'ed scion.

You must be missing the "driver mod". Stock vs. stock the RA should have no problem pulling a tC.

well i really hope rrm and rpw don't settle for 12secs on the ralliart, if so than we will never be able to get at the scion tc level.

Let me clarify some misconceptions here. Stock tC has 160hp and 163tq at crank depending on dyno ranges 138-142hp and 147-153tq at the wheels. Turbonectics kit is carb legal and has been discontinued. The carb legal is where it loses all of its power and choice of engine management. Most tC's on 10lbs dyno 300+ hp and 280-310+ tq at the tires. It all depends on engine management used due to the tC being 50 state legal (most cars are not but many new ones are coming to this standard). My tC on a mustang dyno made 260hp and 319tq at the tires on 10psi. I have a terrible built turbo kit by a company known as TT with several issues. I have a shop building a better kit along with the engine and etc. I have boost creep on my TT setup and when the boost went to 14lbs I peaked hp at 309. Problem was with the boost spike car was lean 14.5:1-15.3:1 afr.

Back on point the stock tC does not have any beefier rods or pistons from factory in fact it has been proven that many were just lucky that the rods didn't fail. There has been post on Scionlife with rods that were starting to bend. The TRD supercharger isn't factory installed only dealer installed. And please don't compare the tC's 2AZ-FE engine to another one using the supercharger as a comparison. The TRD supercharger has been discontinued.

I ran a best 6.6 0-60 with ralliart using my G-force meter.
Give me that G-force meter to test and I bet my 0-60 is a heck of a lot faster. I killed at the 1/8th the other night with my one wheel wonder and a bad tune (ran 10.0:1 the wot). Trap speed in the 1/8th 81.84 with a lot of tire spin in 2nd gear.
