well im posting here cuz no other forum has patience for questions like this. my dream car is the evo....and ive accepted that i cant afford one now, and might never be able to. and im not looking for a replacement for the evo, and in no way am i looking for a cheap car that matches the evo's speed.

P.S. thats why there is a forum called "other cars." why are YOU looking in this forum? arent there plenty of honda forums to look at?

I bought a 95 GS-R with 97,000 miles on it in November to use as a winter car. I have 107,000 miles on it now and love it. To the people who say its slow, I have to disagree. Before my Evo I owned a regular Lancer and 2 Jeeps, and I think the GS-R is plenty fast for a daily driver. Seriously does everyone need a daily driver to be? I recommend the Integra, relatively cheap and reliable; and in my own eyes pretty quick.

Dude i had a 94 GSR before i got my evo...I put 140000 miles on top of the 70000 it had when i bought it...honestly i never regret buying the car becasue it's an awesome car to have and very fun...One thing , if you wanna go fast you're gonna have to spend alot of money, but other than that i highly recommend it...

i had an integra 95 ls...u'd be surprised wat can be done to these cars...my friends integra will hand almost every evo on this site their ***.....the cons that i would say would be 3rd gear synchro always go...and the theft rate on them are on the high side...but there is a very big aftermarket for them and endless modding possiblities...i still miss mine

i think it's reasonable for him to ask on this site since quite a few people have moved from teg's to Evo's here

I owned a heavily modded 95 GSR a few years back....had name brand everything on it....

everyone wanted to race me, won a lot of street races, but come on Integras are things of the past... besides they get stolen all the time....

the fun was good while it lasted, I'm glad I was able to move onto bigger and better cars

there are no cons for integras... i have owned 9 so far and im on my first type R. they only get better. and if you practice common sense and dont park your type R in a movie theater or mall your fine. if you drive an LS none cares and if you drive a GSR quick release or pull the ecu. or just get full coverage, i love integras. and i love mine. so i pull the main relay the fuel pump relay fuel pump kill switch pull the computer pull the injector plug and pull the starter plug wire thingy. and still dont go 2 movie theaters or malls. so i guess ummmmm, yeah a couple cons but they are so much fun! evos are cool 2

I had a 97 GSR, 98 R, 00 R, 00 R. What would you like to know. They are great cars all around, but are very limited due to the fact they are fwd. You are basically maxed at 300whp for street driving on a good drag radial. I ran one with nitrous for 2 years, one with a big turbo for a year and a half, and one with high compression N/A for a year and a half. Also blown 2 apart. Send me a pm and I'll try to send you in the right direction.
