Well I will post pics soon but i did put her back together and she revs like no other. it revs so fast between 5K and 7K.... love it.

 

there is a shop around my way that builds some mean *** bmw's I was told he has couple in the 10"s and many making over 500whp

Is cylinder one and two burning oil?

 

nope. the shiny stuff you see is from a lot and a lot of brake cleaner I used to clean her. She i sback together now

It looks like a M20b25 motor, not the S14b23

So what are you doing to it? There so much fun to work on!
I would get the injectors cleaned & flowed, they look like poo.

Here is what the E30 M3 one looks like, this one is a little over 300hp
