06 WRX LE, deal or no deal?
If he is selling it for 15K and nothing is wrong w/ it then he is an idiot. Carmax would give him more than that for it. Buy it, and resell it for about 20K and buy an evo. DO NOT get suck w/ a WRX you wont be happy w/ it... See my sig below lol

If you don't intend to mod, get the WRX since it's a GREAT deal if the car is in good condition. One thing though, I would get the car inspected by an independent mechanic, just in case.
